Products can be returned if you have changed your mind, provided:
1. Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
2. Products must be unused, unopen and have original tags and labels attached and returned in original packaging.
3. Products to be returned at the customer’s expense, obtaining proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back, failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return products to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
We will issue a refund for the product(s) returned excluding the original postage costs.

If your product is faulty or damaged then please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help to resolve this matter. Please note we will need to see photos to prove the damage.
We aim to send out all orders within 3 working days with an emailed dispatch notification, if there is a delay on your order we will contact you to keep you informed.

We do not hold any payment card information details within our systems - all payments are handled by our chosen payment provicder - PayPal.
